Rental Information
ZoonDub is an exclusive 5-bedroom & 2 Halls luxury estate spread over 2.5 acres and is available for rent as an entire property.
- Base Rate: ₹45,000 per night for the entire property for up to 12 adults, without Food. Food options are given later in this page. GST will be extra.
- Additional Guests: ₹1500 per person (up to 20 guests max).
- Exclusive Booking: To ensure complete privacy, ZoonDub is normally available for only one family or group at a time.
- Individual rooms may be rented in exceptional cases subject to availability.

ZoonDub’s 5-star-rated food experience includes:

Cost: ₹1,500 per person per day (Veg, Non-Veg, or Jain options available).
BBQ & Bonfire Experience
Our interactive liveBBQ nights have become a guest favorite!
- Hosted on the Hard Rock Dance Floor under the open sky.
- Fresh ingredients are sourced one day before check-in (custom orders must be placed in advance).
- If meal preferences are not received in time, only standard Dal, Rice, and Chapati will be served.
Cleanliness & Housekeeping
The entire property is provided in a pristine condition. Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness. If you prefer, our staff can handle the cleaning for ₹1,000, payable directly to them.
Incidental Charges & Security Deposit
- Guests are responsible for any consumables, damages, or additional services used during their stay.
- A refundable security deposit of ₹5000 is required at check-in and will be refunded at check-out after deductions (if any).

Main Villa (3 Bedrooms + Family Suite)
- Three spacious bedrooms with sunrise valley views, king-size beds, attached bathrooms, and ample space for extra mattresses.

Bulbul Houseboat (2 Bedrooms)
- A luxury Kashmiri-themed houseboat with private gardens and an exclusive outdoor dining area.
- Both bedrooms feature sunrise views but are compact and suited for two guests each.

Kitchen Usage Policy
- Kitchen is open for inspection
- It is NOT for guest use except to heat up milk for babies
Booking & Payment Process

- If your dates are unavailable, alternative options will be suggested.
- Booking is confirmed only after the advance payment is received.
Modification & Cancellation Policy
- Reservation changes are subject to availability and may affect the rate.
- No refunds for early departures or unused nights.
- Cancellation Charges:
- 15+ days before check-in: 25% of the total amount.
- Less than 15 days before check-in: 35% of the total amount.
- Within 2 days of check-in or no-show: 100% charge.
Payment Schedule
- Advance Payment of Rental Portion is required to confirm the booking.
- Remaining amount is payable on Check In
- In case a date change request is mutually agreed, the advance amount paid shall be kept as an advance for a period of 6 months.
