ZoonDub is offered as a fully serviced private estate – which includes
- The Estate
A two-acre setting with a wooden chalet, houseboat, gardens, and multiple spaces to unwind — incorporating 5 well-appointed bedrooms, a high ceiling family room, and Pavilion 360 – the lounge. - The Service Team
A courteous, experienced team of 4 that makes freshly cooked meals and provides service through the day from 8 AM to 11 PM — always present when needed, never intrusive. - Food & Hosting
The kitchen is fully provisioned, and meals are prepared to your preference — fresh, generous, and served at the dining table.
Over a 160 families coming from Mumbai, London, New Jersey, San Francisco, Toronto, Sydney, Dubai, Tokyo and across India have consistently rated our food, service and hosting at a 5-star level on Google.
The Experience Investment
Your investment includes the entire private estate, your stay, and all meals. There is nothing further to pay or to budget for during your experience with us.
₹65,000 for a Weekend Stay (Sat – Sun)
₹55,000 for a Weekday Stay (Mon – Fri)
ZoonDub is not offered on a per-person basis or a per-room basis. Here you reserve the entire estate — with its space, privacy, and hosting for your entire family.
Families who stay with us don’t compare it to a typical stay. They experience it once, and then return with their extended family and friends.
The Capacity
ZoonDub is designed to comfortably host family groups of 8 – 15 guests, offering the same sense of space, privacy, and ease – within the same price.
For larger groups, we would be happy to guide you with a customized arrangement.
Is ZoonDub Suitable for You
ZoonDub is designed for families who value privacy, space, and meaningful time together. It may not be the best fit for:
• Loud party groups
• DJ or high-volume outdoor music
• Large commercial events
• Couple-only stays.
Booking Guidelines
To check availability, please complete the enquiry form below and we will promptly send you a confirmation. Since we host only one group at a time, availability is naturally limited.
Early Booking Benefit
A 10% benefit is offered for stays confirmed at least 4 weeks in advance.
Cancellation
Full refund if cancelled at least 3 weeks prior to the stay.
Postponement
Your stay can be rescheduled without charge if informed at least 2 weeks in advance. The deposit will be carried forward for a future date which is mutually agreed.
Late Cancellation
Cancellations within 2 weeks of the stay will result in retention of the deposit.

ZoonDub was created with the vision of bringing a small essence of Kashmir’s calm beauty to Maharashtra, within a short drive from Mumbai and Pune.
